DAY 5 Lower Body METCON. Turn your body into a fat burning machine! METCON workouts may not burn heaps of body fat during its execution, but it will jack up your metabolism for hours after – possibly for a couple of days. The focus is LEGS using bodyweight, dumbbells and a yoga block. We have 3 blocks of work with strength and cardio moves to lit those legs on fire.
