40 MIN STANDING ABS Workout | Arms + Core with Dumbbells
Join me for an intense all standing abs workout with dumbbells. 45 seconds of work 15 seconds rest. The movements today are going to be about core stabilization. You will need a set of dumbbells. (I’m using 10 lbs) Your core must be tight. Braced for impact. Slight bend in the knees. It really helps to keep your core engaged and tight, almost imagining someone is going to punch you in the tummy. You also want to keep your shoulders back and chest nice and proud.
We will be working our core, abs, obliques and of course the arms too! You will feel this in your upper body as well. I hope you really enjoy this workout!
❀Time: 40 Min
❀45 seconds ON/15 seconds rest
❀Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 45 Seconds. After 15 seconds of rest, continue to the next move.
