Meditation on Emptiness: Two Approaches. Public talk in Prague. .

“Emptiness” is one of the key topics of Buddhist theory and practice. There are many debates on how to understand it. Nevertheless, no debate, no logical analysis can substitute direct experience beyond words. There are many ways to experientially approach emptiness through contemplative practice and two of them will be presented here: one is to gradually step by step break down fixed concepts of reality for no longer being conditioned by them while the other approach is to directly turn one’s own mind towards itself to immediately go beyond all concepts.
