Double balloon enteroscopy micropolyps of small intestine2

22 years old patient diagnosed with familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP), with endoscopic resection of duodenal papilla adenoma and preventive proctocolectomy at age 18. A study was performed with endoscopic cápusla, where he seemed to appreciate a polyp in the jejunum through about 1 cm. We performed double balloon enteroscopy for confirmation and possible resection. However, in the endoscopy showed multiple tiny polyps (2 mm) in the proximal small intestine into ileum without examining larger polyps.
