TRESPASSERS AND POSSIBLE FALSE IMPRISONMENT | My Honest Views About a (civil) Encounter Gone Wrong!

This is a video about civil trespass and potential false imprisonment of (what might have been) a civil trespasser. Charlie Veitch visited a soon-to-be-demolished and very old property, not knowing whether it was private land or whether he was permitted to visit, to take some video footage to show his YouTube viewers. He was confronted as a trespasser but given little chance to explain himself. Whilst he may not, in fact, have been permitted on the land, he was detained (by way of blocking his vehicle on the land) afterwards, until the police arrived (and made them let him go!). This is just my honest view, for what it’s worth, of what happened. I don’t condone trespass or any civil wrong (of course) but as the saying goes, “two wrongs do not make a right“ - and, in fact, the second ’wrong’ can often be much worse than the first.
