This is the other side of Ottawa, unfortunately...((((

I live in Canada now and I would really like this country to become a better place, but unfortunately the problem of homeless people and drugs is not decreasing, but only increasing (((. Doesn’t this video break your heart? People pass by, and the authorities close eyes and no one can do anything? Why is the number of homeless people on the streets only growing or has it always been this way?
