Tupperware - Express Cake

You don’t even need a cookbook to make this simple but delicious Express Cake recipe as everything is printed on our Tupperware EZ Mix N Store! Learn more: INGREDIENTS TO SERVE 8 PEOPLE • 200 g sugar • 4 eggs (medium sized) • 200 g butter, melted • 200 g all-purpose flour • 1 tsp baking powder (± 5 ml) Choose the flavoring of your choice: • zest of 1 organic lemon • zest of ½ organic orange • ½ tsp vanilla powder (± 2 ml) • 50 g chopped pistachios • 50 g chopped walnuts • 50 g chocolate chunks PREPARATION 1. Preheat the oven to Th 6 / 180°C without ventilation. 2. In the EZ Mix N Store , mix the sugar and eggs using the KPT Beater. 3. Add the melted butter and stir. Add the flour and baking powder, stir again until you have a consistent mixture. 4. Add one of the flavoring of your choice and mix one last time. 5. Pour the mixture into the SBF King (set on a cold oven rack). 6. Bake for approx. 60 min. 7. Allow to stand for 15 min. Unmold on the oven rack and allow to cool.
