Protesters and police were involved in minor scuffles in central London on Tuesday following a peaceful demonstration in Parliament Square against a proposed bill to increase police powers. Police could be seen pushing protesters back outside New Scotland Yard and taking at least one demonstrator away after she refused to move out of a road.
