New spherical flexure joint designs (compliant mechanisms)

Open access publication: STL and original CAD files: :4841850 These bending structures rotate in 3D around a single point, which floats in the air. Applications could be in nanopositioners or spacecraft, as high-precision alternative to ball-and-socket joints. Co-authors: Just L. Herder and Volkert van der Wijk.
