Sergei Polunin // LA BAYADERE (Near-complete Solor Performance)

Stanislavsky Ballet: “La Bayadere“ Choreography by Natalia Makarova after Marius Petipa, music by Ludwig Minkus. Performed 2013 and 2014 at the Moscow State Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Music Theatre. Solor: Sergei Polunin (Сергей Полунин) (Dancers listed in order of longest appearances) Nikiya: Natalia Somova, Kristina Shapran, Svetlana Zakharova Gamzatti: Erika Mikirticheva, Natalia Somova, Oksana Kardash, Bronze Idol: Dmitry Zagrebin This is not a complete ballet. However, it does appear to include most of the scenes Solor/Sergei Polunin appears in. (I have not seen the entire ballet before, so I’m not sure how much is missing.) I edited together footage I found of five separate performances from 2013 and 2014. (Which is why you will see several different dancers in the roles of Nikiya and Gamzatti).
