HELLO! I’ve been retouching this song throughout long classes and long drives and long nights from August-April. It feels strange to consider it “finished.“ But when I finally did, I threw the idea of releasing it to Matt on the 1st, scheduled the studio on the 2nd, got the artwork back on the 4th, recorded it on the 6th, videoed this live performance on the 7th, and now we’re here! Add in college finals and family video shoots to the mix and it has been the crAZIest monthlong affair. Could not have done it without my family helping me out with literally everything, Jessica Barber who faithfully listened to every voice memo from August-April, Avery who gave me the most amazing artwork, Troy for being so onboard and helping me create the sound I wanted, Aaron for going above and beyond with the video shoot, Neil for making my first time alone in the studio a comfortable experience, Caroline and Isabelle sneaking me into the music building that night in March when I was crying, and so,
