How to replace the silver spring for the PS4 Controller Triggers *Explained*

I got sick and tired of watching videos where no one would explain how to put the spring back or they nonchalantly put the broken trigger back and carelessly said it would be fine. Excuse the video it was my first on here lol the camera setup is literally an iPhone 6s in a kickstand case on top of an upside down CD container. The video itself was actually a lot longer but I cut it and wanted to make sure I explained the trigger part from the get go. Lastly I apologize for the small moments of language.
