Directed by the famous Russian cinematographer, Pavel Lounguine, this film depicts the interesting life-story of a Russian monk, living in a monastery somewhere in the shores of the White Sea. It shows how the genuine repentance of an ordinary man can be converted into holiness, enabling him to be used of God, gifted with the charisma of foresight and exorcism. This movie was awarded as the Best Film at the Moscow Premiere Festival (2006) and Golden Eagle Awards (China, 2007). Starring: Pyotr Mamonov, Viktor Soukhoroukov, Dmitry Dyuzhev.
