Canada’s Largest Sleigh Ride 2017 - Riding Mountain Nat’l Park

March 4, 2017 was another great day for a Sleigh Ride ~ a 20th Anniversary Sleigh Ride! Teams and teamsters from Manitoba and Saskatchewan gathered for a ride into Sugarloaf ~ Riding Mountain National Park. The day consisted of 54 sleighs, 30 saddle horses and over 300 people young and old. This ride was originally started 20 years ago by the “Hudson Runaways“ and has grown over the years to what is the largest sleigh gathering in Manitoba and Canada as well as in any National Park Canada wide. Special thanks to Clint Marzoff and Steve Novalkowski (and to all helpers) for their organization and preparation of this great event!
