Fire & Ice - A Bikepacking Trip Across Iceland

In 2021, I decided to mountain bike through the interior of Iceland, from north-coast to south-coast, wild-camping along the way. I stuffed my bags with camera gear and camping kit, leaving little space for a modest 12 days worth of food. Riding through the most incredible landscapes, I pass a number of glaciers and vast ice caps. I’m saddened to learn that they are rapidly shrinking due to climate change, and that this is a common story across Iceland.
