⚡️The most catastrophic earthquake in the history of Tashkent occurred ⏰on April 26, 1966, at 05:23 with a magnitude of 5.2 on the Richter scale. Strong vibrations of the soil with a frequency of 2-3 Hz lasted 10-12 seconds. As a result of the earthquake, the central part of Tashkent was almost 🌪destroyed. More than 2 million square meters of living space were destroyed. Almost 15 thousand families in an organized manner and with their consent were relocated to other cities of Uzbekistan and other union republics.
