The city of Toronto is bracing itself as it’s about to be hit with the biggest snowfall of the year — and it will be underway just as the afternoon commute commences. Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement with 15 to 25 cm of snow expected to hit the city by Tuesday morning, the result of an “Alberta Clipper” which is crossing the region.
