Black Sabbath (1963) Tribute

This video is all about Black Sabbath - it’s the title of the English version of the movie (in Italian it’s titled “Three Faces of Fear“), and both the song which accompanies it and the band as well. Being a huge fan of Horror classics and Metal music I decided to combine the both in one video. Black Sabbath was the perfect choice - the band got its name precisely from the movie. That’s the reason I made this video - it’s Black Sabbath quintessential. Speaking of the movie it was made by one of the greatest masters of horror cinema - Mario Bava. It consists of 3 mystical stories, one of which is based on the artwork by Alexey Tolstoy “The Family of the Vourdalak“ (the title role was played by the great Boris Karloff). It is a very beautiful film, full of different colors and unusual color spectrum. Night howling wind, colorful Gothic sets, stunning visual aspect, great actors’ performance - all these components made the ​​Bava’s movie a true masterpiece.
