Woodturning - I Wasn’t Expecting That Final Shape !!

In this video I turn a piece of Yew into a natural edge bowl. I was quite surprised at the final shape of the bowl !! the log seemed quite round at first, I wasn’t expecting it to have such a wild shape, which made it even more tricky to turn considering it was an end grain turning. Thats the beauty of turning Yew, you never really know what you’re going to get ... I finished it with Danish oil .. My website , shop and social media links..
