Neon Blade - Garou [One Punch Man]

Editing Anime is seriously so hard when dealing with blasting background music. I tried my best to remove anything, but this anime has terrible sound design in season 2 along with poor animation. I tried my best, I am assuming this won’t be very popular anyway but he is one of my favourite animated “villains.“ He has been going crazy in the manga but the anime is years behind.
