Moscow Crocus City Hall attack: Latest news you need to know ▪️Federal Security Service (FSB) Director Alexander Bortnikov reported the arrest of 11 people in connection with the terrorist attack to Russian President Vladimir Putin, including all four terrorists directly involved in it.
