[EN] Damascus Steel from Nails / I forge a beautiful Bowie In this video I show you how I make a Capsule Damascus Bowie knife with 1095 powder, nails and high carbon steel. I’m starting to master the capsule damask technique and I find it really nice because it offers thousands of possibilities for damask patterns. I love this Bowie knife, it’s really beautiful, the hilt is magnificent and the olive wood really highlights it. This Damascus steel nail has a great look. Forging this bowie was not easy and the fact that the tang goes through the entire handle to be bolted at the end requires a lot of concentration. J’adore ce couteau Bowie il est vraiment beau la garde est magnifique et le bois d’olivier la mets vraiment en valeur. Cet acier damas de clous a un super look. Forger ce bowie n’a pas été de tout repos et le fait que la soie traverse tout le manche pour être bouloné a la fin demande beaucoup de concentration.
