Portal running on ReactOS

Fonts for VGUI seem to be missing, but the game runs at decent framerate and fullscreen works out of the box. Has some graphical bugs when the game renders portals. Sound only works on intro screen from initial testing, but may be possible to get it working. Tested on latest Steam version.
