Watch: Uyghur & Tibetan protesters demand boycott of 2022 Winter Olympics in China

On the occasion of International Olympics Day, Uyghur, Tibetan & Hong Kong activists protested against the 2022 Winter Olympics in China. These activists who hail from Chinese ethnic minorities now living in the US demanded a boycott of the games to be held in China’s capital Beijing. The protest was held outside the White House and in several cities across US to demand the American government to draw a line on genocide and opt out of the games. Earlier this year, the US became the first country to declare China’s actions in Xinjiang as genocide. Xinjiang is the province where most of China’s Muslim minorities reside.
