The Queens of Hong Kong

Skyscrapers, screaming neon lights, and drunken Westerners wobbling down Lan Kwai Fong - there are certain things that are impossible to miss when living in Hong Kong. The city’s vibrant nightlife, however, hides many gems that remain unseen for those who don’t know where to look from. One of these is the emerging drag queen community in the city. In the following documentary, three Hong Kong queens discuss about the drag scene in the Pearl of the Orient. Directed, filmed, and edited by: Vesa Puosi Featuring: Coco Pop, Cleo Moans and La Chiquitta Featured music: Coco and the Beasts - Poor Unfortunate Souls (Original Pat Carroll) Cleo Moans - Love Me Like a Lady La Chiquitta - Defying Gravity (Kerry Ellis) End Credits - I’m in Love With a Monster (Fifth Harmony)
