Russian soldiers training in outdated T-80BV tank before heading to War

Russian tank crews are conducting live fire battlefield manoeuvres training. The T-80BV tank crews are trained by Soldiers assigned to Russia’s Central Military District. The Russian trainers are reputedly experienced in current tank combat operations in Ukraine. After the completion of training and the combat cohesion, the troops are to start to carry out tasks to control and defend liberated territories, as well as acting as part of the reserve and reinforcement units. The T-80BV main battle tank is a variant of the T-80B and was last updated in around 1985.
