Casting MAUI’S HOOK From Moana - EASY Metal Casting Process At Home

In this video I will be casting Maui’s Hook from the movie Moana. I started by 3D printing a model of the hook. I then sanded it down and painted it to get rid of the print lines. I made a mold of the hook in petrobond sand and melted down some scrap aluminum from my old vacuum chamber pot. I then poured in the molten metal into the mold.
