Palestinians recover bodies from under the rubble of collapsed buildings as death toll rises

Palestinians are recovering the bodies of their family members from under the rubble after Israeli rockets struck residential areas in the blockaded Gaza strip on Tuesday. Ziad Musleh says he lost four of his children along with their spouses and children when a rocket struck the building they resided in. Musleh had stepped out of his home minutes earlier and survived the strike that killed his family. The Gaza health ministry said 900 people have been killed by Israeli strikes since Saturday including 260 children and 230 women. The search and recovery process is impeded by the lack of essential equipment and electricity after Israel cut off electricity supply to the Gaza Strip.
