Vehicle born IED ( VBIED) creates mass casualty in Mosul. Featuring a quick cric

I was awoken to the sound of a woman crying. Turns out her child had been killed by a massive VBIED. Upon assessing the other injured, I discovered a patient that had severe blast injuries including two penetrating holes in the neck. Thanks to the quick reactions of Jon and Chris and their quick cric, the patient survived.
