Check out the full tutorial linked on the video! Recipe: 3 salmon filets (frozen and thawed from whole foods) 2 tablespoons coarse mustard 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 clove garlic, minced 1 teaspoon kosher salt a drizzle of olive oil 1 bag of country potatoes, haricot vert, and wild mushrooms (from trader joes) In a bowl, mix together mustard, maple syrup, garlic, chili powder, salt, and olive oil. Set aside. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, pour out the frozen veggies leaving room for the salmon in the middle. Lay the salmon filets down and brush each filet with the maple-mustard mixture. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10-12 minutes, tossing the veggies halfway through for even cooking. Let it cool enough to handle and serve on a plate with leafy greens and garnish with a wedge of lemon. Enjoy!
