Description of abilities: Phenomenal Evil Power (P) - Veigar is enhancing his abilities at 100, 250, 500 and 1000 stacks of Phenomenal Evil Baleful Strike (Q) - 0 stacks - can hit only one target. 100 stacks - normal abilty 250 stacks - can pierce 2 targets bigger range 500 stacks - can pierce 3 targets bigger range 1000 stacks - Veigar shoots laser that hits every enemy in the range. Dark Matter (W) - 0 stacks - smaller area 100 stacks - normal abilty 250 stacks - second impact with bigger area that deals less damage. 500 stacks - Veigar summon cosmic laser that deals damage over time. 1000 stacks - on recast Veigar can move position of the cosmic laser. Event Horizon (E) - 0 stacks - random 2 out of 5 walls doesn’t work. 100 stacks - normal abilty 250 stacks - Veigar needs less time to cast a spell. 500 stacks - bigger outer area 1000
