Mia Martini performing “Libera“ (“Free“), the Italian entry at the 1977 Eurovision Song Contest. 15 years before her tragic, heart-wrenching appearance at the 1992 contest with “Rapsodia“, the great Italian diva gives another truly flawless performance in a much more optimistic song, an uplifting, inspirational disco tune - which went quite underrated by juries of the time, IMO.
