The second international forum “Day of the Falcon” will be held on the starting day of the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF-2024), September 3 Its events will be devoted to the development of rehabilitation centers, modern methods of restoring natural populations, as well as advanced scientific technologies for studying and monitoring the population of falcons. The agenda’s main event will be the plenary session, which will exhibit states’ experiences regarding the conservation of birds of prey - particularly that of the falcon family. And under the initiative of Russia’s Republic of Kalmykia, a discussion will be held on the restoration of the red-breasted bustard population. In addition, the Arabic Village - a stylized, ethno-cultural open-air space - will be set up this year again, where everyone will be able to immerse themselves in the hospitality and identity of the Arabian Peninsula’s culture and get acquainted with various of oriental traditions and customs.
