One of Hung Gar’s most famous weapons is the Mother and Son Twin Blades. Twin weapons in Hung Gar are unique as the they attack and defend together in unison, thus are very dangerous to the enemy at close range. It is similar in appearance to the Butterfly Swords in Wing Chun Kung Fu, and share some common techniques.
