I Will Remember [Redux]

A tribute to Methos, the world’s oldest man; a promise that we “will remember“ him. Presented by Mad Kitty Productions; Redux editing by ButMadNNW. Circa 1998, a friend and I (then known online as “Bright Girl“ and “Methos Watcher,“ respectively) created our very first music video, using clips from “Highlander: The Series“ and the song “I Will Remember You“ by Sarah McLachlan. The source video was VCR-recorded reruns off USA Network (and by the time we finished the video, we had a copy of a copy of a so-so source); the editing bay was two VCRs and a CD Player linked together by A/V cables. All things considered, what with it being our first and the quality of our equipment, it wasn’t horrible. But with today’s technology... Yow. So, in the interests of preserving, improving, and sharing it, I remade that old video. The majority of the video is as faithful a re-creation as I could manage (but improved somewhat, since we weren’t able to manage fades - among other things - back then); I replaced the video (and kept the audio) at the beginning and end - mostly because I could. I hope you enjoy.
