After a great vacation I’m bringing you the awaited Helicopter Tutorial, I hope you guys like it.
The way im breaking it down makes it easier to achieve this exercise.
Remember to perform a 15 mins warm up.
Also avoid this exercise if you have any kind of injuries, training while carrying an injury may damage your body further.
Step 1 CARTWHEEL
This is the base for the Helicopter, make sure you have a solid cartwheel otherwise achieving the move will be harder
