I Don’t Want to Get Married! We had a great time learning this tune and recording it, though we could never measure up to the unparalleled Allison Degroot and Tatiana Hargraves recording. Big thanks to Ray Helfrick for doing lead vocals and sitting on the counter with me for several hours. Also, for those curious, I’m wearing a helmet because the weight and pressure of heavy hats and headgear helps me concentrate better. There’s no significance to the helmet itself, just a handy tool to help me play better when I’m tired. Banjo is a standard UTE banjo, tuned to double C.
