Traditional Belarusian dumplings with meat!

Everything is very simple, grate the potatoes on a fine grater, squeeze them, add salt. Prepare minced meat with herbs, onions and spices. Form dumplings and fry in vegetable oil. Serve with sour cream. These dumplings can be boiled and served with fried lard and onions.
