Today we look at how you can make a good kneebar even BETTER by trapping the SECOND leg as well as the first. That second leg is often your partner’s primary defensive tool - even when you’re able to find a good, solid kneebar entry, they find a way to use the free leg to interrupt your grips and your attack. From there you find yourself in a scramble (or worse). If we can find a way to control both legs - “double trouble” - we can focus our attention on the leg we want to attack and eliminate some major defensive problems. To do this, we’ll first gain control over the end of the lever (the toes), fold it into a place where we can trap it, and then add some power to the finish by converting our regular kneebar into a “lat kneebar”. ⭐ ➡️ MY BIO (by John Danaher): === Like this video?
