The Harz Mountain Railway: Steaming The Brocken

In this video I will be taking one of Europe’s last remaining narrow gauge steam railways! The Harz is a 140km (87mi) network in Germany, with the main attraction being the 19km (11mi) branchline which runs up The Brocken, the tallest peak in The Harz Mountain Range at 1,142m (3,747ft). This is what I’ll be riding today!
