Aerial Silks Practice: Spins and Things

I spent the morning working on spins and some new (to me) moves. Crochet climb to the Skydiver (or flying belay), v-up to drop to hocks, ice cream scoop (or hip key spin to inverted single crochet wrap), arabesque to scorpion ankle drop. Note: Practice is always better in polka-dotted pants. Also: it’s my 3 year anniversary to silks. Woot!
