Time Forgotten - Daniel Volovets

An original composition written in a sort of neo-Baroque style with jazz influences, originally featured on my album “Masquerade.“ Coming after several other pieces I have written in this style, including “Bachianne“ (on my album “Wistful Tendrils“) and “A Meadow by the Sea“ (on my album “Echoes of Love“), “Time Forgotten“ is my latest exploration of an aesthetic that brings together new and old. Performed on a custom-made Stephen Kakos 2011 classical/flamenco hybrid guitar using an altered tuning (sixth string = C, fifth string = G, second string = Bb, first string = Eb).
