Video 1: Acute Basilar Artery Thrombosis. Cerebral angiography reveals an occlusion of the distal basilar artery. Video 2: Intraarterial Thrombolysis. Intraarterial thrombolysis was performed with the use of recombinant tissue plasminogen activator. Video 3: Complete Recanalization of the Basilar Artery. Angiography performed after intraarterial thrombolysis shows complete recanalization of the distal basilar artery and its branches.
