You can tap to copy it from the game settings! 📒 Ingredients (for 6 portions): - Chicken broth - 2,5 l; - Cooked rice - 250 g; - Celery - 300 g; - 1 Sweet pepper; - 1 Onion; - Garlic - 2 cloves; - Green onion - for decorating! - Chicken thighs - 400 g; - Smoked sausages - 400 g; - Olive oil (for frying) - 100 g; - Vegetable oil - 150 g; - Flour - 130 g; - Sweet paprika - 1 tsp; - Thyme - 1/2 tsp; - Onion powder - 1/2 tsp; - Oregano - 1/2 tsp; - Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp; - Red chili pepper - 1/2 tsp; - Salt; - Pepper; 👩‍🍳 Instructions: - Cut the vegetables and the meat into pieces; - Fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes, add salt & pepper, then add the sausages for 2-3 minutes; - Fry the vegetables until soft; - Make the roux: mix the vegetable oil with the flour and whisk until brown over medium heat; - Add everything to the chicken broth and cook for 35 minutes; - Serve with rice and garnish with green onion!
