Working on Weak Muscular Link, and Some Legs, Shoulders, and Triceps. Today I’m taking you through some hamstring work with some Romanian Deadlifts and then I’m moving onto quadriceps with some Leg Presses. After that, I’ll be doing some Side Lateral Raises, Shoulder Presses, and some Rear Delt Work. Triceps comes last in this workout with some Press Downs and some Overhead Triceps Extensions.
