Storm Shadow missiles strike Crimea as Russian Tu-95 strategic bombers hit Kyiv

DEVASTATING attacks were unleashed by Vladimir Putin on Ukraine using his Tu-95 strategic bombers to hit Kyiv, Kharkiv, and multiple other Ukrainian regions. At the same time, Ukraine delivered its most devastating kamikaze drone attack of the war on Russian facilities in annexed Crimea. This followed a Storm Shadow attack which is believed to have struck a key Russian Black Sea Fleet command post at Verkhnosadove near Sevastopol. A dramatic video showed one of eight Storm Shadow missiles to be unleashed on Crimea on Wednesday. Russian sources said five were downed but admitted three had struck near Verkhnosadove. The overnight blitzkrieg came as President Volodymyr Zelensky and Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov addressed the UN security council. At least 19 kamikaze drones were targeted at Crimea. Explosions hit Sevastopol, near Simferopol and Evpatoria as well as Saki, Novofedorovka,, Dzhankoy and Balaklava. By Will Stewart.
