“How Far We’ve Come“ // Resonant Rogues (Foundation build)

Live performance of our song “How Far We’ve Come“, with footage from our walkout basement foundation build. We started work on this project at the end of September and had a hard deadline of December 8 to finish. It was quite a feat to pull that timeline off! We hired folks for grading and concrete, but otherwise did the work ourselves with the help of our friends. This is just the foundation, a walkout basement shop. We will be building two more stories of house on top. The footprint is just 24x24, didn’t have much space to work with in the holler, so we did what we could with the space available! The current temp roof is screwed together, so it can be easily taken apart, and all the materials will be used to build the next stories.
