Fermented plums

Ingredients: black plums - 5-6 pcs. parsley and dill - 30 g mint and basil - 20 g garlic - 2-3 cloves celery - 3-4 sprigs lemon zest - 4 pcs. bay leaf - 3 pcs. peppercorns - 10 pcs. any raw food sweetener - 1 tbsp natural vinegar - 2 tbsp warm water - 2-3 cups salt - 0.5 tsp coriander, dry peppermint, hot paprika - according to your taste Method: Filling for plums: Finely cut the greens, add garlic, spices and mix. Take the pits out of the plums and stuff them. Place the celery, lemon zest, bay leafs into a glass container and carefully place the plums on top. Add peppercorns, sweetener, vinegar and warm water. Cover the container and leave the plums for fermentation at room temperature for 2-3 days. Incredibly tasty and healthy plums are ready!
