Let’s Sew an A5 Quilted Journal Cover

This is a step-by-step tutorial demonstrating how to make my A5 Quilted Journal Cover. This is a great beginner project where you will do some quilting and make and apply double bias binding. The cover was designed to fit an A5 Journal which measures approximately “ Wide x “ High and 1“ Deep. The cover also has an elastic closure and pen holder. The interior sleeves that holds the journal in place can also accommodate sticker sheets. The journal in the video is made from 100% Cotton Quilting fabric from the Tula Pink Collection called Curiouser and Curiouser. I used fold-over elastic for the closure and pen loop. I also have a free downloadable PDF Template to make the Journal Cover that you can find on my website. I made the Journal Cover using my Juki TL2010Q. Please see the link below. I hope you have fun making the journal. There are Timestamps below if you would like to skip around the video. Thanks for watching and please like and subscribe. =========================
