Exploring California in a Classic Porsche Cayenne

At the crack of dawn, Los Angeles natives Dimi Dorbacopoulos and Dan Green throw the last of their camping gear into the back of their 2004 Porsche Cayenne Turbo and embark on a scenic camping adventure. The pair like to keep things minimal and travel with only the essentials: a Porsche roof tent, an additional Porsche Classic Communication Management Plus (PCCM Plus) and some overnight equipment. The 450km drive along US Highway 39 is a cherished ritual — one that allows the couple to bond and grow closer to each other. Bypassing LA’s morning traffic, they head for their first stop: Red Rock Canyon State Park, where they grab lunch and stretch their legs.
